Our personnel have over 80 years of hands-on experience in the field of carpet binding and are respected for our depth of knowledge as carpet edging specialists.

Do you offer a pick up and return service?

Yes we do offer this service. Our man is in town at least twice a week and for a fee we provide this service taking the hassle off you, in both time and struggling to get it into your car. Find out more about this service.

Can you handle large pieces of carpet?

Yes we can, a handing fee will apply to pieces larger than 2m x 3m

For larger pieces please contact us to discuss your requirements?

Do you handle older used pieces of carpet?

Yes we can, but it is at our discretion.  All pieces must be cleaned first, for health and safety reasons.

Can you alter axminster carpet to suit my needs?
Yes we can, given this is a woven carpet it requires a bit more in the finishing process.
Are you able to bind caravan layouts or fire hearths?

Yes we can, for this.  However it is important for you to call us.  Hence the method we recommend for the template is adhered to.

Can you join carpet pieces together?

Yes we can, whilst we are not professional carpet layers we can join your carpet together and will discuss with you the best way to make the join unobtrusive from the carpet supplied.

How long does it take to have my carpet bound?
We offer a prompt service and completion of your carpet binding is dependent on factory workflow.
Can you bind my rugs while I wait?

Yes, this is our express service.   We can do while we wait or within a 30-minute turn-around dependant on factory workflow. We ask that you contact us to arrange a date and time and we can slot you in for this service.

There is no additional charge for our express service.  We are happy to work in with you given prior notification.

Can drop off my carpet for binding when you are not there?
Yes, please call us for instructions.

Use our convenient pick-up and return delivery service or drop your carpet scraps off at workshop with our ‘call before you come’ system.
