Customer Drop Offs
Drop carpet scraps at our workroom for carpet edging during our open hours each day. However, we strongly recommend you use our ‘call before you come’ system; by phoning us first.
This is because we are often out and about picking up and returning finished mats to our customers. These customers have used our convenient pickup and return delivery service.
If you wish to drop your carpets to us, just phone us or email us. Hence you can All you need to do is let us know the day and time you will be coming to our workroom that works in with our schedule.
We will make sure that we are there to greet you and get your carpet edging instructions.
We understand the frustration of going to a place, only to find they are not open. Hence we have the by please call before you come policy. So we will make sure you don’t get frustrated with us or disappointed. We know you have made an effort and used your valuable time and petrol. Consequently, on arrival only to find we are not there.
Our workshop facility offers have an additional benefit for customers with large carpet pieces. These customers usually have brought larger pieces of carpet in for binding on a detachable trailer. We now have space for customers to take the opportunity to leave their trailer with us and do errands in Christchurch.
Using the ‘call before you come’ system is especially valuable when people are time short, we can slot there binding into our workflow with a quick turn around. Customers that have arrived with large pieces of carpet carried on trailers, we usually can have their job completed in a two to three-hour time-frame. We can organise all the details for you prior to your arrival.
